How can I check the status of my order?

Can I cancel my order?
We're sorry to know you want to cancel your order. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping by contacting info@anjiekore.com.
How do I return my order?
We're sorry to know you want to return your order. We only accept returned orders that have been damaged during shipping. Please contact us at info@anjiekore.com. Please be prepared to provide photographic evidence of the damage and we'll handle it from there!
What if I order something and it's out of stock?
We hate it when that happens too, but things move fast! Please contact us at info@anjiekore.com and we'll be sure to process your refund within 3-7 business days.
What if my item was damaged during shipping?
We're bummed that happened. Contact us at info@anjiekore.com. Please be prepared to provide photographic evidence of the damage and we'll handle it from there!
What does AnjieKoré mean?
AnjieKoré is a brand based on legacy as it was inspired by our founder's daughters. Their names are Anjie and Koré, which as combined to form AnjieKoré.
Are your containers recyclable?
Yes! We do our best to ensure we use sustainable and recyclable products. Please recycle your containers after you're done with them.
I had an allergic reaction, what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please discontinue use and contact your physician or a medical provider immediately. After that, please let us know what product you used and what reaction you had by sending an email to info@anjiekore.com.
We always recommend a spot test before using any of our products if you think you have a heightened level of sensitivity.
Are your products sulfate, phthalate and paraben free?
Yes! All our products, including our Moisturizing Shampoo are free of sulfates, phthalates, parabens or any harsh chemicals that can strip your hair dry of moisture. Our Moisturizing Shampoo was formulated to get the hair and scalp clean without stripping your hair dry.
All our products are formulated to nourish, condition, hydrate and moisturize.
Are your products safe for colored hair?
Yes!
Do you use silicone in your products?
All our products are silicone free.
Are your products tear free?
Although we use plant-derived ingredients with gentle yet effective surfactants, our shampoo and conditioner are not tear free because they were not specifically formulated that way.
Can children use AnjieKoré products?
While our formulas were not specifically formulated to be tear free, we recommend using our products for children 3 and up.
What is your ingredient policy?
We are committed to using only ingredients that directly benefit the health of your hair and support the integrity and effectiveness of our formulations.

What is your quality assurance process?
All of our products undergo the following testing:
- Preservative Efficacy: To ensure the preservatives in our formulas can stand up against certain bacteria, mold and yeast
- Stability testing: To ensure our formulas don't change consistency or appearance
- pH: We monitor the pH range of every batch of our water-based products
- Freeze/Thaw Testing: We test our formulas in various temperatures
